Beautiful barn conversion in a lovely location

Just returned from a Xmas break at Mulberry. We live in Derbyshire but my father in law struggles with stairs so this was perfect, just a small step into the property and bit of a lip into the shower. Both as part of a large family and as a couple we have hired many homes over the years so although you don’t expect you normally get a welcome basket. On our arrival there were mince pies and champagne also large jars of coffee, sugar and tea as well as cooking oil. In addition bathrobes, hand wash and lotion. Our host had also erected a Christmas tree with lights and she popped over to check we had everything we needed so it was a very warm welcome. The property is spacious yet homely with a high spec finish and the under floor heating was a godsend, the “Nespresso” machine was another nice extra. When my husband had figured out how to work the “bake off” oven I think he was ready to put in an offer! There are other rentals on site but it is secluded and quiet with great views over open countryside. A lovely property which we highly recommend. Thank you Emma and family we had a great time.
